Exchange and return

Our store strives to provide maximum comfort and satisfaction from purchasing our products, so we offer the opportunity to return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days if it does not meet your expectations.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it or exchange it for another product, provided that it has not been used and has its original appearance and packaging. The product must be returned in its original condition with all its labels and tags attached.

If you are going to return or exchange the product, please contact our managers using the contact details provided on our website. The manager will contact you to obtain the details of your order and provide you with instructions on the return or exchange procedure.

Please note that some products may be excluded from the return or exchange procedure in accordance with consumer protection legislation. In addition, if the product has been damaged due to use, the store reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Procedure:

In Ukraine, the exchange or return of goods can be carried out using the courier service "Nova Poshta". In this case, the delivery is paid by the buyer.

It is also possible to make a return in our showroom at Kyiv, Reitarska St., 25, daily from 12:00 to 20:00
